A comprehensive assessment of mental health symptoms and concerns for the purpose of diagnosis and treatment.

Once you have undergone an initial evaluation, a follow up appointment helps us monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

For patients who have an extensive psychiatric history, previous records and past/current treatments requiring an in depth interview for assessment and treatment planning

Pre conception counseling
For those who are currently on medication for psychiatric illness, and are planning on getting pregnant. We will review your diagnosis, current symptoms and medications with a discussion of evidence based options for management.

Pregnancy and postpartum planning
For those currently pregnant, we will review your mental health symptoms, with a focus on creating a plan with regards to medications, symptom control and a post partum care plan for the mother.

Nutrition for mental health
A review of your current mental health symptoms, medications, lifestyle and diet with a focus on improving symptoms by making adjustments in your diet.
